Days of Action | Spring 2024 | Camp Neyati

United Way of Midland County is bringing companies, organizations, and individuals together May 8-10 to take action and volunteer at Camp Neyati. For over 86 years, Camp Neyati has offered summer camp and outdoor experiences for Midland County kids. Volunteers will work together to freshen up paint and stain, cleaning cabins and buildings, outdoor clean up and more to ensure camp is ready to welcome campers this summer and into the future.
Shifts are available 9am -12pm & 1pm - 4pm each day.
T-shirts, lunch, supplies and tools will be provided. Please dress to work outside.
Parking is limited at camp so please car pool if possible.

About Camp Neyati
Camp Neyati was acquired in 1938 by United Way of Midland County and the Kiwanis Club of Midland for the purpose of encouraging wholesome development of youth in the Midland area through camping and out-of-door experiences. Thousands of children and families have created lasting memories at Camp Neyati, at the 187-acre camp on the shores of Crooked Lake. From sailing and swimming to campfires and learning archery skills, the camp has been a favorite resource for many local and regional groups who are looking for a beautiful, safe and diverse camp to provide unique programming.
United Way has served as the property owner since the camps inception and as of 2024 is collaborating with Greater Midland Community Center for operations.
